Wow! The deplorable state of port harcourt owerri express way just got worse as tanker drivers have blocked the road preventing travellers from entering either states

One of the tanker drivers was said to have been supposedly beaten up thus provoking the blockade which put travellers on a stand still perspiring under the heat of the blazing sun.

It took about 20minutes but the blockade ended and the drivers dispersed gradually leaving a trail of cars and dust behind as there was already a build up of traffic.
